4G is LTE, while 4G has been used a market term, but the 4G in this context apparently is LTE, therefore 4G is 4G, that's not a question. HSPA or HSPA+ have long been clarified here not 4G, there is no confusion about that. If you assumed others are confused about 4G and HSPA+, don't.

google voice smashes anything imessage can do. it filters spam callers, txts free, calls free and automatically updates your contacts and backs it up through gmail. no wonder verizon is taking up sprint's unlimited everything plans, their users prob use little to no minutes or texts.

amongsts other things: larger screen, direct tv output, no need to wait for jailbreaks, no bullshiet "we don't know when" excuse before i can get a replacement for a factory dinged phone.

This GS3 does NOT have the same radio as the Galaxy Nexus (GSM). The Galaxy Nexus is pentaband, while this GS3 is only quadband (5 bands vs 4 bands). The extra band on the Nexus allows it to work with T-Mobile's 21Mbps HSPA+ (but not the faster 42Mbps one).

Yes, 4G = 4G (doesn't everything equal itself?) but there are different frequencies that LTE runs on. Verizon phones with LTE can't use AT&T's LTE. T-Mobile would like everyone to use the same frequency [fiercewireless.com], though, so that you can roam on all the carriers.

Seems a little early to file a claim. Give them a week. But then if it really is a scam it can take months before you get your money back so maybe you want to start early.
