I was told yesterday at lowes the 10% coupons still work on top of the sale price....but we'll find out tomorrow when I go to pay for them

It clearly states on the coupon:

Coupon cannot be used in conjunction with any other coupon or discount. This coupon is good for a single receipt purchase of any in-stock or Special Order merchandise only up to $5,000 (Maximum discount $500).

Now, with that being said, it usually depends on how the sale price is applied. If it's set up as a package deal (as this one is) it's usually the manager's discretion if they will allow the coupon to be used in conjunction with the sale - in my experience, they have told me no every time, or I have had to choose between the 10% off and the perk (in this case it would be in the delivery and removal.)

So, like with my lawnmower, they had that special where you get the dump cart for free. I couldn't use the 10% off AND get the cart for free - I had to choose between the two because in Lowe's system, both are coupons/discounts and you can only apply one. Supposedly it's a quirk on Lowe's system and there's no way for them to override it.

Tell them OK, you'll take the cart and then go up front to pay for your invoice & hand the cashier your coupon.

Actually, this was up front. The cashier tried to do both and the system kept taking one or the other off each time she added the other. So she called the manager over to override it and that's when the manager advised me I couldn't do both.

thanks dude! store had the microwave mismarked as 239 w/ a paper sign stating the 35% off! got it for 155 plus tax! didnt have a movers 10% off, but wouldnt have even bothered w/ the price mistake.
