in for 2 to finish out my gpu farm. should help with power bill quite a bit since i'm upgrading from regular 80+ to the 80+ Gold. I will make sure to plug in and test before completely installing and redoing wire management! Modular is nice since I only use 1 hdd and no optical drives in the crunchers.

Tempting, however since I'm grabbing components over the next month to build my machine, I'm not sure I want to gamble on it being DOA and not testing it until after the 30 window.

One thing that sucks is trying to figure out if your PS is an issue, this makes it a piece of cake! If you test ON the MB (using voltage test points, etc.), then it isn't specific, there could be a lot going on between your PS and those voltage points.P.S. I got this for $99 not to long ago AR ($30), totally worth it, solid as a rock. but damn the price has went up, ALOT: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Pro...6817341044. The OCZs have been fine for me as long as I get the "good ones", the top two tiers, especially the top ZX tier have been stellar, but I guess a moot point. Seasonic kicks but too, but I could swear there have been Gold/Plat certed PSs in the last month around the same price with a higher wattage (750-850) for around the same price. With gold/plat, even if you run 20% it is crazy efficient, at 50% even more, so leaving your self room to grow (like throwing in a couple of 7990's in Quad xfire  ). OTOH, if you know you won't be going crazy, then this PS will run quite a bit without breaking a sweat.
