I mean it took me four years to do it.
But it looks like I'm starting at week 3, according to the schedule thingy?
Good luck though! Would love to join if my wrist was all healed up. Perhaps in a few weeks once I'm out of the cast and into physical therapy.

I'm starting at week 1. I can only do about 4 good form pushups.

I'm such a pushover. I mean push-UP! Yeah! That's what I mean!
I lifted today so I am going to start tomorrow. I already do pushups on non-lifting days with my Perfect Pushup dealies that I bought for like $5 at Ross long long ago. I can do 3 sets of 16 so far so I think I can get to 100 pushups soon enough. I'll sign up & look at the site later today/tonight while I'm watching baseball.
