Guess it's a good thing I wear corrective lenses, otherwise I would have been all over this, lol.

This is pretty much all US companies. 10 years ago Coach used to be all about made in America quality and craftmanship and then one day they just picked everything up and moved manufacturing to China. Of course they never informed consumers, so after that I decided to never buy a thing from them again.

I have bought 3 pairs and I must say that the older ones seemed to have been made of better quality materials. That being said, I use Gunnars every day at work and they do work well. They have a tiny amount of magnification to the lenses to help out in the exhaustive reading of screen text that I do. I use F.lux at home and it really does work well also. I don't like using Gunnars for gaming because colors don't look as vibrant. To each his own though .

For those who already own a pair, are the lenses glass or plastic? On the fence about grabbing a pair.

As someone who spends 8hrs+ a day in front of a computer, I've been dying to bite the bullet on a pair of these...Better than paying $86 at Best Buy like I was about to yesterday...

Using it right now, lol. I never really had a problem with eye strain (I spend about 10 hours a day on computers), but I use it regardless.

I've been using it for about a month and... I'm not impressed. if they fixed one issue I would be totally happy with it: For the program to gradually change the temp of the screen rather than fading ALL THE WAY once it hits it's single threadhold. It's jarring and, to me, counter productive to what it's trying to accomplish. That single issue is keeping me from keeping it installed.
