Onecall has the denon 2112ci Open box listed for $427. I called to see if they would go any lower since it was open box. They said they can do $379 shipped. I asked about warranty and open box still comes with the 3yr warranty from date of purchase. They are also a authorized dealer.

Next cheapest i found was ac4l refurb for $369+shipping but only comes with 1yr warranty.
