I guess in a way I'm glad PETA isn't actually doing stuff with real animals. ASPCA is not made up of a bunch of nut cases.

Guys, Pokemon are kept in dark, damp Pokeballs for hours on end without food, water, or the means to use the bathroom. This is Pokemon cruelty and personally I'm glad PETA is taking a stand. It's long overdue.

As someone who is extremely active in animal rescue, I can tell you that many of us are confused as to what PETA's agenda is. They have a higher kill rate and lower adoption rate than virtually any other kill shelter in the nation. They have alienated the vast majority of their now former supporters because of their ridiculous and unreasonable positions on a variety of topics, as well as their failure to actually help domestic animals rather than simply killing them.
