REFURB Garmin Nuvi 1390LMT 4.3" GPS w/Bluetooth $80 +FS 2 store Walmart

The amazon product description says "turn-by-turn directions that speak street names to your destination."

I ordered mine when I posted the thread and already picked it up from my local WM yesterday. Shipping was pretty fast!

Unit looks pretty well built. Haven't tested it yet. Will do today.

Is anyones GPS making a buzzing noise when held up to your ear?

Great GPS got it last time no complaints works awesome.

Yes, mine has been registered. Couldn't register it again to my account.
Tried to update maps, but no enough internal memory and I ran out microSD cards. Darn it!

I contacted Garmin email support and had to send them either a picture of the proof of purchase or sales receipt (you can fax them, too), and they removed the previous registration. Now the refurbished device is registered with my Garmin account. The reply was pretty quick. Within 24 hours I heard back from them, and then sent the required information via email, and then received an email today with the go ahead to register the device.

Still waiting on mine.

Agreed, I'm not willing to save $2 for the 40-minute round trip to WallyWorld just to stand in line for 10-minutes and waste my time to get this GPS. However, I am willing to save the $2 so I can drive to my local FedEx office that's open 24/7 and pick the thing up there!!!

I picked mine up this morning. I called tech support because it couldn't locate satellites. We reset it and after more than 5 minutes it located them, but now is loses them after a few minutes just sitting on a table.
I'm thinking of returning it to Walmart.

Is this a better deal?

If you are inside your house and have it on a table, it will lose satellites. On the signal level icon, press it for a bout 5 seconds and you will get satellite acquisition status. Go outside and try it.
