How do we have a chance of real freedom when we show up and are given more government assholes to chose from? As I've said in other threads, the day you show up and see "Do you want a goverment: Y or N" is the day you might have a chance.

The purpose of the Constitution is to bind the gvmnt to the Rule of Law and limit it's power. So, like after 230 years of exponential growth They're just going to start abiding by it because that's what the people voted for? The gvment gets it's power by force and stealing stuff. They *shouldn't* be able to do anything you or I couldn't do, but They don't give a shit about that or us. So, go vote for more of that and make sure to stock up on Vaseline.

As long as he wants to balance the budget, a lot of other things will fall in line. Wanting to legalize marijuana and stop policing the world would be nice too.

Have been for 12 years. I vote with my debased currency the Fascists FORCE me to use. I suggest you do the same. I have a lot more important things to do on Nov 6 than voting for more death and distruction. So now you have mine and the OP's vote; should bring Gary's total to 303.

If they are violating state law, then the fed govt should butt out & let state/local LEOs deal with state law-breakers.

If they are violating state law then the state law enforcement should be dealing with it, it's not the fed's business to be enforcing state laws.

They are enforcing Federal laws, not state laws. Under Obama, they are just giving a pass on those which abide by state laws.

That doesn't answer the question of why the federal govt is choosing to selectively enforce its laws against certain entities that it believes is violating state law.

Once again, if the dispensaries are violating state law, what business is it of the federal govt?
