Exact same message for me as well. I got this message on the first section of the application itself. I am also applying from their NJ back website

You must have failed the questions they asked to see if you are the person you claim you are. You will need to call them or get the answer correct and stop doing fraudulent things. hahhaa. JK.

nothing fradulent about it. Provided all the required fields with driving liencese along with ssn etc. weird i got the same message too.

Applied online last night. Did the $25 deposit electronically then got an email right after saying:

Your application has been conditionally approved for processing, and we will process it within one business day. If you have requested Fulton Bank, N.A. to send your signature card to you, you should receive it in 3-5 business days.
Once we receive your signed signature card, we will finish processing your application.
Once your account has been approved and has been funded, we will send you a welcome letter containing information about your new Fulton Bank, N.A. account.
