Never mind.

Never buy from NCIX.com , the site is FRAUD based on my experience.

1. They take orders and Credit Card was charged with Foreign Transaction Fee (Billing from Canada)
2. The product never get's shipped even though they said on the website as 3-5 business days
3. Customer Service is rude and HUNG UP the phone.
4. If they cancel the order due to NO STOCK, You still have to pay the Foreign Transaction Fee as they have already billed.

Why would they take orders if they don't have stock to fulfill. That's a BIG Red Flag to me.

They are fine I've bought from them a few times w/o any problems
They located in Canada and warn you in bold font at checkout some CC may incur foreign transaction fee. Use your common sense and use PayPal.
The only caveat they do not offer free returns that option costs extra.

Exactly I've had many purchases from them and used Paypal too!

And if you had a problem with the Exchange fee that IS between you and your bank, the CC company is the one charging you that fee not NCIX

Lately, I've noticed that if I use PayPal, their site first completes the order, and then I pay with PayPal. But later, the order won't get processed even though it's been paid. I've had to manually call in to verify the PayPal transaction to get them to ship.

They do, there is a list of banned sites that won't post.
You get something like urlhasbeenblocked when you try and post the site.

Are you trying to order from the us.ncix.com site? Thats the US one. Ncix.com is the Canadian one. The US one ships from California. I had no issues with my order. I got a eVGA GTX 570 & Corsair HX650 from them. Items arrived in perfect condition... No scam or issues on my end.

Hmm haven't encountered it, last three times I've ordered paid with Paypal in the morning and got ship confirm by noon. Maybe if your billing and ship address don't match or something? My address is verified dunno if that makes a difference

But for me, it has been bad experience.

For the clarification, I am fine with the Foreign Transaction Fee as long as they delivery the product.

When I ordered, the website was saying IN STOCK. The Credit Card was charged the same day. The item never gets shipped and finally when I called the Customer Service, was told the product is no longer in Stock and they can give another product or Refund the amount without Foreign Transaction Fee.

1. Why would they say, the product is in stock if they don't have it
2. There was no communication on their inability to ship the product until I called them
3. Why would they charge Credit Card if they DONOT have stock and not able to ship.

So, now I ended up paying FT fee and no product delivered.

Anyways, I have disputed the charge with my bank and they are going to flag this Retailer and process refund.

We will get to know the Customer Service when an issue comes and in this case they miserably failed.

It sucks that you had a poor experience. I believe the answer to #1 may be due to their physical store.

Just wondering, were you taking advantage of an SD? 2 and 3 may be due to the SD effect.

I've ordered a few things from NCIX, US and Canada. Some people scored some really nice deals and price mistakes (sub $300 GTX 680), and the fact that they fulfilled those orders puts them up there for me (no I didn't get one :'( )

It's not the issue with the Billing.

The problem is they DONOT have stock to ship and the Customer Service says they are not going to get Any.
