I enjoy my XM radio except for the commercials on the comedy channels. They are a little pricey, but it's still much better than FM radio any day of the week.

after sending a confirmation of the purchase/subscription? yes, I would also be mad - mistakes happen, and they can go and work on fixing them, but by removing a service after it has been confirmed by them, they are being shady - it goes to show that their word means nothing. Businesses need to be held accountable for their actions, regardless of if it was a mistake or not - if you accidentally run someone over, are you somehow not responsible because it was an accident? if you signed a contract without reading first, are you responsible for what was in that contract if after you read it you realize it was a mistake to sign it? if you accidentally send a email to your wife instead of your GF, are you responsible for what is about to happen? - basically you are responsible for your actions once you do them, and when a person receives a receipt/confirmation, then the company is responsible for upholding their end of the agreement, regardless of if they didn't actually notice that it was a mistake at the time.

I am by no means an English teacher, but if you're going to rant (about something this stupid of all things) at least make it so we can kind of read it.
