Will this replace my Antivirus?
No. You still need Antivirus (Microsoft Security Essentials is one example). This is Anti-Malware (Works better than any Anti-Virus). The two items complement each other and fills the gaps left by the other one.

Is this a lifetime license?
YES

How many computers can I use this on?
One. Buy multiple copies to use on more than one system

Can I move this to another machine?
Yes. Uninstall from the first machine and then install on the second

How is this diffrent from the Free copy?
Real time protection, Automatic updating, etc. Go read their website for more details

If this sells out, or you cannot wait for snailmail to get your license you can ALWAYS get this directly from malwarebytes for $15 by buying through this link:

Which Anti Virus program do you guys recommend pairing this up with? AVG?
Microsoft Security Essentials + MBAM = success. I've not had a security issue since going to this format and far less resource intensive than AVG. Though I've only heard but not tested that AVG 2013 Free slimmed down to just the AV and no other components is extremely light. But obviously AVG without the other components is not exactly ideal for all.

I've got it paired up with a free after rebate copy of Kaspersky Internet Security 2013, which has excellent zero-day attack blocking and heuristic detection. Definitely wouldn't run the pair together if you're not ready to tweak many settings in KIS and a few in MBAM to make sure everything runs smoothly with no problems.

Prior to the 2013 releases I would have recommended running MBAM next to free after rebate Norton Internet Security. But NIS 2013 is super buggy right now. Not sure how it was given a thumbs up for release after having been a good product for the last few years.

Run Kaspersky TDSSkiller (free to download [kaspersky.com]) for rootkits and Mbam will take care of the rest.

I don't know if I trust Malwarebytes like I used to. I had the dreadful Funmoods crap stuck on my laptop and several scans with Malwarebytes did not detect anything. Spyhunter was the only one that detected the crap and also spyware cookies on my laptop!

Yes, if you set the exclusions in Kaspersky and ignored files in MWB correctly. Running it alongside KIS 2013 now.

How the license works if migrate to a new PC?
You remove it from the old computer and install on the new computer using the same key.

Also, the Wiki has been updated with the usual questions.

This is the 'pro' version or whatever which offers real-time protection, website blocking, etc. There is a free version also that's good for stand-alone scanning that I bet you could put on a thumbdrive.
Nope. It has to be installed on the computer, free or pro.

If the machine is already infected, you may want to use the following to get malwarebytes loaded and scanning:

I use Avast!, I've had better experiences with that than AVG, and I hate Norton. I put Avast on all machines I work on. At the office we use ESET and that works well, too.

Newegg to the rescue; checking out with Tiger Direct was a nightmare so I gave up. Maybe their site was getting hammered.
