Card was charged on 10/12, then order was cancelled. Never received an email. No refund as of yet.

How did you know your order was cancelled if you didn't receive an email? Just wondering if I should call and check on my order. I haven't heard from them since I got an email confirm from them saying that they received my order. My card was charged the same day.

You can track your order on their website, with your order number and zip code. I put both of those in and my order comes up cancelled. I emailed them to ask what the issue was and received this:

"I apologize for the inconvenience. We had to cancel your order as we could not supply the product you requested for the price you paid. I know how frustrating it is to get excited about a product, only to find out that it cannot be provided. We sell tens of thousands of specialty items from many suppliers, and occasionally prices change. Again, I apologize for not being able to provide the item you ordered."

Still waiting on a refund too.

I just called and they told me that my order is scheduled for shipping on 10/25.

These people (Zoostores/Merchantila) seem bogus. I placed my order on the 10/10 and they confirmed it with a ship date of 10/26. Then they sent a couple more emails about the item not being shipped yet. Finally I called them and they said the earlierst it will ship is 11/2. If it doesn't ship tomorrow, I am definitely cancelling my order and disputing the charge on my credit card.

I got the same messages. Finally got a ship confirmation on 11/2 via FedEx. Estimated arrival 11/7.

I actually got shipping confirmation on Friday. Supposed to be in on Tuesday. Will see what I actually receive.

Received mine today. Everything as advertised. Thanks OP.
