the refurbished sticker on the unit itself is very very easy to remove by hand (already did about 10+ by hand, takes no more then 10seconds and never any residue)
unless you are talking about the sticker on the box.... |

Yup, the stickers usually come off in one go without leaving any residue anyways.

Damn you guys make me want to TD my own thread.
What about those dumb stickers they put on the inside of laptops? the ones that list features noone cares about. Those have given me headaches in the past when removing. |

Or what about this one, what about those OEM OS stickers. No one is going to tell me those come off easy and yes there are times you want to remove them. Vista Basic anyone?

I have a 10+ year old laptop and I keep that Pentium III and Windows ME stickers on there proudly!
Much like what the kids do with their new hats. |

It's also a lot easier if you use a heat gun or a blow dryer. Heat it up, peel it off. No additional products needed.

You can get GooGone for $1-$2 almost everywhere everyday (even at Staples). It was the original brand for this purpose and it works great. I have been using that for 5-6 years.

Just use cooking oil or peanut butter to remove residue.
