I bought the 100-pack lemon and each packet is basically one lemon wedge that's crystallized. Tastes exactly like fresh lemons. Great for tea or just water. It can also be a salt substitute.

In regards to Lemon Vs. Lime. I prefer Lime, like limeade, I drink more limeade than lemonade. Personal preference.
I'm sure it would work great in Salsa.
Or even marinating chicken?

quick and dirty recipe. I'm sure there are tons out there.
And I have a rice maker.

Cook 1 cup long grain rice with coconut milk, once cooked, fluff rice with rice paddle and 2 packets of True Lime, and chopped up cilantro - salt to taste.
Done.

The best!

Love this company, but like the true lemonade, wish they'd make a true limeade and include lemonade and limeade in these deals. I tried true lemon once and it was not at all what I wanted.
