Yeah, this stuff works pretty well. Found some extended release ones that I like even better, but these are nice. Gives me some crazy dreams though!

This brand also breaks apart really easily which is nice if you don't need the full 5mg.

And ha, I thought the natrol was a typo, actually a brand! For those who do buy melatonin, never get Nature's Bounty-it sucks hard and does nothing. 5mg is a lot but the N'sB was 3mg and it was like at the most, a yawn provoker. Vivid dreams? Tell me more. I have a hard time falling asleep but vivid dreams comments scare me. Think a beginner could get away with 1/2 tab?
