I couldn't get the paper to add yesterday, so I talked to an Amazon CSR via chat this morning. I asked for a credit to buy it, he refunded $74.91 to my card instead. YMMV, but if you forgot to add the paper, you should talk to Amazon.

I finally jumped on this deal. If I had done it yesterday I would have saved another 5 dollars or so since the price of the lens went up a few dollars. I did get the paper. Would have rather had the additional 74 credit!!

Thanks for the advice about splitting the order. It did speed up the shipment of the camera by separating the memory card from the other items.

Paper is back in stock and the promotion was getting applied. I just made a new order and kept it in the Cart. Asked the CSR to verify the promotion that the paper is indeed free and then told her to add it to my old order and zero out the price. She did it; so I got all my promotions now. You can do it too!

If you live in a state where the deal total comes out to be around 670-700, then this deal is much better including the

2 things:

1) Good: I just noticed that you can actually get "2" of the Tiffen filters for free - one for each lens - just change the qty to 2 and the promo kicks up to make it free.

2) Bad: The Amazon seller price on the printer just jumped from ~$280 to $308.99. I was just about to order but am now waiting to see if the price drops back down closer to $280. Great deal either way but I suspect Amazon is picking up on the increased demand on this printer.

I had it in my Amazon cart at $280.xx last night. When I checked ~60min ago I got the notification from Amazon that it had increased to $308.99. Possibly they're playing around with different prices for different people, which wouldn't surprise me.

While on the phone with Amazon, it just went out of stock from Amazon so now I cant get the bundle until it comes back in.

update: now back in stock and I just got it. I'm guessing the price increase was related to limited inventory - price went up as they got to the last few units available. Just a theory.

IMO, it's far better than the Costco deal.

As long as you don't mind dealing with the mail-in rebate, the Amazon deal is almost $200 less and you get a bunch of stuff that you don't get at Costco.
