IIRC, the Kington site has them at 1.5V, but thru may be 1.5@1333/1.6@1600 as a prior post indicated. They should run at 1.5V@1600 manually config'ed
I can confirm that in my ASROCK z77 extreme4 these Kingston HyperX (in my case blue version) run at 1600mhz @ 1.5v. I did 2 hours of memtest86+ which came back clean and the system has been up and running for a month without an issue. On the ASRock bios all you have to do is use the XMP settings and then just change the voltage to 1.5v. Extremely easy.

What's wrong with having a desktop PC? I couldn't live with just a tablet/phone and desktops are cheaper than a laptop with similar specs.
Agreed. I still use desktop for gaming, paying bills, doing online research of stuff, multimedia activities, etc. Plus I build my desktops so they're very upgradeable so I get even more cost savings in the long run versus a laptop. I also like being able to set up a machine specifically for my needs without having to pay a ton for a custom configured machine from one of the major makers.
Although I will say that the average consumer is definitely moving away from desktop PCs and leaving it more to the computer enthusiasts. All my non-computer savy friends have only laptops.
