begins at 12:00:01PM Eastern Time ("ET") on September 17, 2012 and ends at 11:59:59PM ET on October 14, 2012

Limit one (1) entry in the Grand Prize drawing per person and per valid e-mail address per day

One (1) Grand Prize: A three (3)-day/two (2)-night trip for winner and up to three (3) guest(s) (each, a "Guest" and collectively, the "Guests") to one (1) game of the 2012 MLB World Series championship (such game to be determined by Sponsor in its sole and absolute discretion) (the "World Series Game") consisting of round-trip coach class air transportation from a major U.S. or Canadian gateway airport nearest to Grand Prize Winner's residence in the U.S. or Canada; standard double-occupancy hotel accommodations (i.e. two standard (2) rooms, double occupancy), up to four (4) tickets for the Grand Prize Winner and his/her three (3) Guests to attend the designated World Series Game, and ground transportation to/from the airport and the applicable hotel (collectively, the "Grand Prize") (Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of Grand Prize: $9,000US/$8,799.58CDN).

One (1) Community Equipment Prize: Winner will receive a $250US/$244.51CDN MLB.com Shop Gift Card. In addition, $2,500US/$2,444.93CDN worth of baseball equipment (designated by GM) will be awarded to the selected Community Equipment Prize winner's designated local municipality or baseball or softball non-profit organization (the "Community Equipment Prize"). ARV of the Community Equipment Prize: $2,500US/$2,444.93CDN.

Total ARV of all Sweepstakes prizes: $11,750US/$11,491.19CDN.
