They better not do that. Assholes. Dell Outlet ships either same day or next, much better service. The good deals don't come around nearly as often, though.

Great laptops that uses not current but last generation processors and GPU. Great price for great performance if you don't mind the refurb.

Thats a uniform response they give for cancelled orders. Its not much you can do, on occasion you might get a coupon if you complain to them on the phone.
