DO they close your entire amazon account or just your amazon payment?

Couldnt the Federal goverment determine what you are doing as 'money laundering' ?

money laundering = hiding illegally obtained money

unless you are being paid for some illegal activity via amazon payments, it wouldn't apply - gifts of $$ aren't illegal - although you would also have to report them for tax purposes, and if you failed to do that you could get hit with tax evasion

cashback is a rebate, which is not subject to tax.

Actually you are wrong its supposed to be declared. You are not paying a sum of money to get that money back. You are buying a product, receiving that product and receiving a gift for using a creditcad.
