Does anyone have experience with BlueHarbor for loans?

Anyone?

I just did a loan application through Bank of America (they were second lowest according to bankrates.com) but I was slightly disappointed. The BoA website advertises that their rates would be as low as 2.64% for a used car up to 60 months. I applied for a loan up to $25,000 but my application was approved for only $22,100 and for a higher amount at 2.9%. This is surprising considering the score that they used for me was an 808 Equifax score. What score is considered top-notch to get the lowest amount? While it's disappointing not to be approved for the 2.64%, 2.9% is lower than any other bank has quoted me so far (most have been 4% or higher).

I don't want to just randomly apply for several loans (that negatively effects my score right?) which is why I still want to get info on BlueHarbor.

Please advise.

edit: I got a call from BoA to talk about the loan approval. The guy explained to me that the actual interest rate I was approved for is 2.54% which is great. The 2.9% that was shown included a possible $200 documentation fee if I end up going to a dealer that is not a BoA preferred dealer or whatever. The dealers that I've gone to so far are on their list though so that fee won't apply to me. I guess I'll stick with them because they seem to be the lowest amount by a good amount.
