begins at 6:00 am Eastern Time (“ET”) on September 20, 2012 and ends at 11:59 pm Eastern Standard Time (“EST”) on November 2, 2012
open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older and have a Facebook account
Limit one (1) entry per person, per household per day.
PRIZING: Grand Prize (1) Grand Prize Winner and up to three (3) guests
(“Guests”) will be flown for a three (3) day/two (2) night trip for four (4) to the Los
Angeles, CA (“Trip Package”). If the Grand Prize Winner is a minor, at least one of the
Guests must be over the age of majority in the state in which he/she resides and the parent or legal guardian of the Grand Prize Winner. Trip Package to include (i) roundtrip coach airfare for Grand Prize Winner and Guests to Los Angeles, CA, (ii) three (3) days/two (2) nights hotel accommodations (one room - quad occupancy) at a hotel of Sponsor’s choice, (iii) roundtrip ground transportation to/from airport and hotel, (iv) one meal per day for up to four (4) at a restaurant of Sponsor’s choice, (v) five hundred dollars ($500.00) spending money for the Grand Prize Winner only, and (vi) tickets for Grand Prize Winner and Guests to the Fresh Beat Band Live in Concert show at the Nokia Theater on November 24, 2012.
Approximate retail value (“ARV”) of Grand Prize: $10,000.00.
First Prize (1): First prize winner will receive an assortment of Nickelodeon and Fresh
Beat Band merchandise, total ARV: $1,200.00.
Second Prize (1): Second prize winner will receive an assortment of Nickelodeon and
Fresh Beat Band merchandise, total ARV: $800.00.
Third Prize (1): Third prize winner will receive an assortment of Nickelodeon and
Fresh Beat Band merchandise, total ARV: $400.00.
Total ARV for all Prizing: $12,400.00
