What are the "rules" regarding Kohl's Cash? Is it issued the same day I order? Are you only able to redeem them during certain times? I guess what I want to know is am I going to be able to roll my Kohl's cash into another Keurig to take advantage of multiple rebates? TIA!

Definitely do your homework on that. From what I read they have tightened up their rules around the KC. For example if you buy this brewer and get $20 KC, then you return the brewer, you will get $20 less on your refund. The KC is still good, but it has an expiration so if you don't use it in time you lost $20 on the deal.

Edit: maybe not, read this [kohls.com] from the Kohl's site. I had read a post somewhere from a shopper who lost money returning something, but maybe they had already spent the KC.

Edit2: to answer your question, KC earned from Oct 11-14 must be redeemed between Oct 15 and 27.

Whenever I return anything I bought using KC, I always request store credit. It gets you the full amount (which doesn't expire AND can be stacked with future coupons)...

you only get store credit when returning items bought with KC.

it's the returning of items that earned that KC which makes the difference. you spend that KC and flip it to store credit, but then go back and return item(s) that earned that KC you spent, kohl's will take $10 back.

Kasty, I know you from over in the kohl's thread. I was wondering what is the return policy is. I have the keurig b70 from kohls I ordered online 11/09/2011 the water pressure in the machine is really low it does not make coffee as fast anymore its like dripping to come out. Is there anyway yall can do a even exchange for the same item? At the time I ordered it the 15% and 30% stacked then on top of that there was kohls cash so I earned 20 dollars on kohls cash on this item from the $107 I paid. So now I am only going to receive back 87 dollars and if I reorder with the codes I will only get 20% off. Here is the reference from the thread when I ordered. TIA

just exchange it in-store without a receipt.

or if you registered the brewer, try calling Keurig. if it's within a year of purchase date, they'll probably replace it.
