Both come with Intel AMT 7 for management interfaces which is also nice. I highly recommend this rig (either the 11051CU or the 110520U) and would take them any day over anything i3 you find in the same price range. Speed wise mine is on par with an i7-2600 and even better at virtualization specific tasks. If you are a serious gamer, look elsewhere because while the processor is fantastic, the expandability is low for high end graphic cards.
