This unit is 3D capable, but I never bought the kit. Reviews online seem to point towards headaches after 30-60 mins of a movie. Never bought them, so I can't confirm it. The only real downside to this TV is once you get comfortable with 73" TVs, 50" TVs seem small..

I'm not really a BF shopper, but this year I'm looking for a tv as gift for my friend. She has a small space for a tv so I'm looking from something in the 20-29 inch range. Are the deals usually good in this range? Most of the talk I see is about tvs 32 inches and larger. What can I expect to pay? The tv I have my eye on runs around $250 right now. I hope I can find a better price. I'd like to get her an Xbox as well. It would be nice if I could get both gifts for under $300.

Really looking forward to $600-$800 for a 60", really want a LED 120hz 60 or 65" tv, or just a standard plasma maybe, if it's really good (I hate the glare from the glass).
Really with 70" and 80" tv's were more popular so they would drop in price sooner. Right now anything over 65" just won't come in at a good price per square inch. |

I want a good deal on a 50" active shutter 3D. I was thinking the Panny ST50 series may come down. $800 price point is what I'm hoping for. But I'm opening to most major brands if the price is right.
I want that 60" Mitsubishi for $500 at BB right now, but it's a PITA to find the 3D kit for a decent price. 24 bottles of Nivea for Men: free tax Four HP TouchPads. (3 32gb and 16gb) :$550 Sony R50XBR1: Free (MSRP $4,000) Samsung UN40EH6030: $500 (MSRP $930) Klipsch Synergy 10" Sub: $170 (MRSP $400) Countless Blu Rays. |

You put a $1200 TV on a $20 (sale price! : ) table that's called "Lack". A friend joked that it meant it "lacked quality".
http://www.ikea.com/us/en/catalog.../10065958/ Public Service Announcement: Please inspect your current setup and make sure it's not sagging in the middle. Hate for anything to happen. Honestly, the friend did the same thing, but with a 42" LCD that probably weighed 1/3rd as much as your TV does..

![]() http://www.ikea.com/us/en/catalog.../00105323/ This one is actually pretty sturdy and low to the ground so not going to tip over. Plus there are 2 movable metal supports in the middle to prevent sagging but seeing how thick the panels are, I doubt they could ever bend. Yeah I have one too and it's a good stand for the price! |

Looking for a good quality 55" set to replace my old Westinghouse 42w2. I want a good led set since I do a ton of gaming, but that plasma's seem to have better picture quality for cheaper, I'm just nervous about IR and/or burn in. I tend to fall asleep and leave things on. It all depends if I see something for the right price.
