just a fyi, network solutions recently got bought out by web.com. I'm sure everything will transfer over fine, but understand not to get too invested in network solutions ie, purchasing add ons. i would imagine name servers will need to get updated, as well.

Create a new account, buy 3, and then transfer then to your provider of choice in a week or two. Most places seem to charge you for 1 year (even when you still have time left on your current) but they give you a free year for transferring to to. So, 3 years for around $10 isn't to shabby.

In addition to the normal sleaze tactics Network Solutions uses when you try to sign up for something, the web form switches it to something else, and they refuse to credit you because "you should have noticed," their DNS service does not work with custom Blogger URLs like www.myblog.com. Their web interface doesn't allow you to enter the "security code" CNAME entry required by Blogger. Just switched to Namecheap's free DNS and will transfer the domains from Network Solutions when they are due for renewal.
