I use one fairly heavily for VOIP calls. Sound quality for this purpose is very good, both speakers and the mic. I can't speak for music quality since i don't use them for that. The mute is a physical slide button, which is my preferred type since you can mute or check for mute without having to look and with no delay. They're comfortable even for wearing hours at a time. I think i got about a year out of my first set before one speaker started to flake out, which is pretty good for me. I also broke the plastic on it once and had to epoxy it, but again that isn't too bad for how i abuse my headsets. After wearing out the first, i replaced it with another set.

In for 3. An odd thing was when ordering from my laptop, my local best buy store was out of stock, but when ordering from my mobile phone, I was able to buy 3. Not sure why. Anyone else have similar luck?

This is the worst product over. Ears hurt a lot. Not worth the 10 dollars people!
