Wish I had bought a ton of those ps3 3d screens.. I sold those almost instantly on ebay for 170.00
How is this possibly worth the time and the effort? I dont resell anything and Im just curious not trying to be a jerk. I feel like you would have to sell lots and lots of these to make the small percent profit pay off.

Im just spitballing here but my math works like this:

$170 sales price
-$109 (screen cost + sales tax, based on CO state estimate)
-$17 (eBay listing % final value fees estimated at 10%)
-$7 (PayPal fees estimated at 4%)
-$20 shipping (again, just an estimate based on the dimensions of the box and weight).

You clear less than $20 and that doesnt factor the gas you put in your car to pick the thing up or the hour it took you to do it. If the screen is damaged in shipment or the receiver is a jerk and files a complaint/chargeback you get completely screwed. It seems like a lot of risk for little reward.

Maybe Im screwing up the numbers above.

Approx. how much was shipping and did you just ship it without another box?
Shipping is 22.50.. and I haven't shipped it yet because I am debating on if I am just going to wrap it with brown paper..

I can't find a box the damn thing will fit into and FedEx or the UPS store will charge me 20 dollars to pack it...

These were $99? I see on Amazon it's listed with MSRP $499, selling price $203.
Was this a Best Buy deal only to card members?

Fee calc gives me $24.07 Per item..

Yeah it sucks that ebay and paypal rapes you on fees but anymore its about volume.. If I sold 100 of them and made 24.07 would you not agree the profit is good on them?

Also, you can't price them much higher than that because the new retail price for these is 179.99

Unlisted black Friday deal..

New retail price is 179.99 any store that has them listed for more than that is price gouging

I only picked up one from walmart to sell ended up getting 470 on ebay for it. However, it looks like the buyer had buyers remorse and isn't accepting the package.
so how are you going to handle their negative feedback? i personally avoid negative sellers like the plague.

For those needing to ship boxed items I would seriously just go buy a few rolls of this, wrap and tape them up good and send them on their way. I've had very good success this way.

How much did you sell the Wii U's for? I cant move them at all. On ebay after fees and the taxes you paid its nearly impossible to come ahead at all.

I cant even sell my wii u systems at retail price. I have 5 black units on CL, backpages, ebay Classifieds , local news paper and even put some flyers out. NOT one call I even listed one below retail price just to see no luck. I think i am going to return my systems next week. I notice gamestop online got more in stock this sucks
Good. People that buy up retail inventory to flip online deserve to take a bath on it.
