Would be a good deal if they weren't tracer.

^ its a better deal because they are tracers. I'm sure a lot of ranges don't approve of them though

Contimplated it earlier. Dude at the local shows sells em for .35 each. The ammo can, clips and bandoliers make it a good deal but ctd's shipping kills it

I agree, however tracers are a blast to shoot at night. They are even fun to throw down range it daylight. At .28 cents each its the cheapest I have found in a while.

Even though CTD's shipping is ridiculous its still a decent deal considering the election mayhem.

Not a big fan of tracers. I once caught a field of sage grass on fire with a .308 tracer Smilie

Haha, about 15 years ago someone did the same thing at Hurlbert Field AFB range. They gave us tracer rounds to sight in for weapon qualification and somehow someone caught the grass on fire. Not the worst thing I have seen on a military range, even some military people should never handle a weapon.

After tonight's debate, I suspect the panic buying will begin in earnest Mad

Yeah well, when you have a D president and a D-controlled Congress, and that D president and a bunch of those D-Congresscritters are anti-gun, what do you expect to happen during a 2nd term? Mad

Well I just now got around to splitting the ammo up with a buddy of mine and noticed the can is 120rds short. I didnt think to count it when I first got it seeing as the ammo can is painted with the ammo description and the round count of 840 and and sticker on top as well with the same description. Thing is, there is no room in the can to put another 6-30rd boxs in. I measured my 840 round can of green tip and its wider than the can of tracers. Im not sure whos at fault here but im not looking forward to dealing with CTD's customer service seeing as its been well over a month.

Did you ever get in contact with CTD about the 120 round shortage? If so what did they say?

Well to my surprise, CTD refunded me the missing amount which came out to .29 a round or $35. I'm not jumping to conclusions here, but the whole situation is kinda shady.

Wow, glad to hear they at least refunded some of the money. I think I am going to start counting all my bulk ammo purchases. This isn't the first I have heard of bulk ammo being short some rounds but I think yours was the most.
