just checked my premier account and the $49.99 refurbished price has finally hit for both the white and blue models. Of course this applies to new or additional lines as well. Requires a 2 year contract and $36 activation fee.

Do they charge restocking fee?
I ordered galaxy note for $99. I am not comfortable with note.

Not in ca but you can call ATT to waive an activation fee.

Well if you are in CA they charge taxes based on the entire cell phone MSRP price unless you buy it from Walmart (for a new phone). But dunno if this applies to refurbished phones.
