If price is not an issue. Then the RX100 is the hands down choice. IMO it's the best P&S that can fit into your pocket. I've had both and still have the s100. The RX100 was much better the 2.5x larger sensor really makes a difference. The image quality is top notch. You won't be sorry.
You used a credit card to pay? Don't you have to use PayPal?
From the terms & conditions:
2.2 Paid for using the Eligible Participant's PayPal account during an Earn Period (defined below) using eBay's checkout system or a customized checkout system. Payments made directly via PayPal to a seller's account are not eligible;
Well I did use paypal. Credit card is just the funding source for my paypal
I have a couple of accounts with the 20% eBay bucks offer that I am not going to use. Is there a way to safely share the account with someone so that they might benefit out if it?
not really. You would need to coordinate the use of your ebay login with their paypal login, and then find a way to let them check out through your account in January with the eBay bucks that they earned with their purchase. A lot can probably go wrong in all of that. Don't want to get into that sketchy deal

I just asked my wife about this deal and she said NO!!!!!!! After I hung up the phone, i said "to HELL with that"! I'M IN FOR TWO!!!
You don't need to wish that you didn't have a wife......you just need to exchange your skirt for her pants.
I'm getting my S95 I ordered couple days ago from Canon, refurbished. Is it any good? I've been using Nikon DSLR for many years. Hope it doesn't disappoint.
I bought an S95 back in August when it was $224 refurbished from Canon. At one time it was the best point and shoot. Some like the S100 better. The S100 has GPS and better video but many say the S100 took a step back in quality of still photos. A new, very expensive Sony reportedly is the best point and shoot now and there is the Canon S110. Any of these cost much more than the S95 you got for $178. I took about 5000 landscape photos with my S95 during a trip this summer. I am very happy with it. I also used a Olympus E-PL1 with Panasonic 14 mm pancake lens. I did not use the S95 for video as I had a Panasonic 1080P flash camcorder I used for videos.
