Ok, so here is a pretty sweet deal my wife and I discovered last night. Our first child is due any day now and we needed to get a good breast pump. The Medela pumps are one of the highest rated, but the prices and available inventory on Amazon keep going up/down/in/out all day every day. The lowest price we could find on Amazon (or any store) is about $244. They "retail" for $299, but you can usually pick them up for about $250, depending on the bag style you want.
So, we finally decide to pick one up yesterday, but again Amazon prices and inventory kept going crazy. So my wife sees the Diapers.com has them in stock. She tells me about them, but by the time I get to it they go OOS there too. Then, late last night, back in stock. We add it, plus the 10% coupon PUMPS10, bringing the price down to about $242, which is still a great price for this pump. Then I see if I can stack OHBABY10G, and voila, another 10% off. Plus free shipping! And NO TAX!
While this obviously will only appeal to a select market of shoppers, I think it's an uber slick deal.

FYI For those who plan to buy now and return later if insurance doesn't cover, most if not all stores wouldn't allow you to return breast pump even if it's never been used.
