Exactly the same for me. Just recieved rebate today with no update on the rebate website.

Received my rebate today even if the site says "Payment approved".

I sent my rebate form in on 11/21 and received rebate AMEX card for 400.00 on 12/31. Looks like about a 6 week time frame from when you send the thing in until you receive rebate so long as rebate is sent in correctly.

Anyone notice if they mail the rebates from Tennessee also?

Used mine yesterday for a tank of gas for the truck. Paid at the pump with no issues even though they tell you not to. It didn't even pre-authorize a charge (Kroger fuel station).

There is a sticker on the card that says it's already activated for use but if you want to use it online, you need to call to register the card. I called but kept getting the run around so I just gave up.

By the way, for those that use Mint.com to track expenses, you can add this card as an account. Search "American Express Gift Card" in the add financial accounts section. Enter your card number and CCV and you're set!

Not that it makes much difference, but mine (AMEX gift card) was for 399 for some reason....noticed this when making a purchase...the AMEX computerized operator confirmed this. Kinda weird.
