heh. it doesn't matter whether you have 10,000 reps or 10 reps. i've seen people getting screwed all ways.

imo, i don't think reps should be part of the qualifying factor because it could potentially open up to rep abuse.

I was just making light of the 100 Reps / 1000 Post clause. I think its random...

There's some heavy posters in the finance threads who qualify...but I'd prefer never to receive packages from them cause I'd probably wind up on some kind of govt watch list if I do accept them.

I'm not participating anyways, knowing my luck I'd probably get something which gets recalled, spontaneously combusts or is illegal.

Please recognize that it may be difficult for some Loungers to receive that many points, as most of their posts are concentrated in areas where reps are disabled.

Yeah but rep points are way closer than my post count

I guess I could go into a bunch of deal thread and say "Thanks for the great deal!" over and over again...which is what I usually see in most deal thread but it always seemed stupid to say thanks even if I did use the deal...I have repped for good ones though.
