I can personally vouch for the terrible quality, I went through SEVEN CLNR devices and ultimately was sent a S III similar to the OP of that thread.

So, if you buy it and activate it as a smartphone with Verizon, you WILL have to get the data package with it. If you buy it and just intend to use it as a smart device, like an iPod Touch or something like that, then that would be ok to use with WiFi wherever you can get it. I hope that helps/answers your question. |

Great deal. I got my Galaxy Nexus when it first came out last December, and it's by far the best phone I've owned. Get a custom rom from XDA-developers or even the stock rom is good.
Much better than my old iPhone 4. Only phone I'd trade for now would be the Galaxy S3 or possibly the iPhone 5. |
