WOW!!! You just made my day. I was happy with the price, but for another $10 in rebate this make it even sweeter. Thanks for the reply, I thought the rebate was on the Barebones itself and not on the SSD drive. This machine will make a good nettop or HTPC. |

Ram + HDD I don't understand why people cannot run a HTPC set up with this. I have an old Dell Zino 400 (1.6 single core) and it streams 1080p over the network without any issues. Set this up correctly and you won't have any problems. I'm trying to decide if this enough for a MAME build. Would like to use at least an i3 3225 but this price is too tempting. |

since a SSD is included, all is needed is RAM? is it desktop RAM? what is the processor in it? AMD E-350 APU (1.6GHz, dual core)? is this sufficient for streaming 1080p over the network? can i install XP or windows server on this? Last edited by bluetail; 10-24-2012 at 04:30 PM.. |

Lot of people use netflix and i am pretty certain the processor on this would lag playing netflix hd content.
