Not me...customer rep with US Bank called to tell me I do not qualify for the offer since I was not targeted. He said that even if I satisfied all the requirements, I would not receive the bonus.

I tried that payroll thing but there's no way to get around the taxes in New York, at least that I saw. If I want to send $100 to one of my bank accounts intuit takes $6 out. Is there a way to get around that? Has anyone set up direct deposit through intuit just to do these bank offers?

That's how it printed when the promo page was available on their site and I scanned it with the highest resolution possible to attach. Terms and conditions are in light gray but everything they need is legible.

I tried printing it, the lower portion is not easily readable. If there is anyway I can have a higher resolution print out that would be very helpful as my bank is asking for some proof.
