is this dead?

My order got canceled today after receiving cancellation email saying Lenovo will cancel my order per my request. Obviously, I did NOT.
contacted sales representative. Asked to reinstate my order since I didn't asked order cancel. or show me the proof of cancel request. They cannot. Representative says it was canceled due to price error.

I just filed a complaint on BBB since they are dishonest and canceled order without my approval.

Even I dont mind filing a BBB complaint. But I have never done it before, any quick guide to do it?

My order just got cancelled, too. It said "per your request" but I never request it. The status is showing in production, though. Very disappointed.

So did anyone actually get one shipped?

It seems that somebody get shipped, but most of the orders were cancelled.

Most orders are cancelled, but I saw some guys shipped with this price......

Pity.

Where's the shipment evidence? I don't think there's any evidence within this thread that any of these have been shipped....

Agreed - I don't remember seeing anybody saying they got theirs shipped?

Filing complaint is really straightforward.
Just go to BBB website.

and start your file. That's it. It looks like their website is currently down. I will post more when it comes back

Are you speaking for yourself? Do you know when that person's order was placed and when it shipped? Thanks.

Surprised to got an email that the order was shipped this morning, and the pending charge reappeared in my discover. Never got a cancellation email, although the pending charge was dropped earlier. Don't lose hope. You may get it as well.

Don't get your hopes high yet...Lenovo has been known to re-direct shipments. Keep your fingers crossed until you actually get it. What is the current status of your shipment?
