When I clicked on the link, the link opened with Configuration scree but the price was
$519. I had a chat with Dell rep and they offered the same system @399.99 with Windows 8. I gave them the coupon number etc. and all the links.

She said, she cannot honor this deal. This is one bait and switch in classic sense. SO please do not waste your time. Thanks

Ummm....you do realize that deals are only offered for a limited time, right?
Although I couldn't get the $15 off coupon to work, I did purchase this laptop for $350 + tax on Wednesday. Deal wasn't bogus, it expired.
