CVS 11/4-11/10 Deals

I can tell ya'll that I pride myself on printing perfect coupons, but the CVS Verio $40 coupon is NOT coming out clear enough to scan, and I have a couple of apps for scanning!

These Verio Meters PDF Q's are unreadable. Has anyone had problems with that? How is CVS supposed to redeem them or is that not my problem?

That's why I'm weary of trying it. It even looks blurry on the PDF, which only makes matters worse when printing it.

Remember, the coupon is a CVS coupon, so YMMV on it being accepted. The cashier may enter the UPC number in manually.

Has anyone bought any JF besides the frizz ease? TIA

Anyone tried JF shampoo and conditioner in upstate NY?

Bought in two diff. transactions on 2 different cards @ two different stores in the Buffalo, NY area--- worked fine for me. (bought the little Smooth Start tubes, one cond/one shampoo per trans)

If I'm not mistaken, it is coded as $5/$5 coupon. If you're buying just the Optimal product alone, the coupon should scan just fine.
However, problem arises when you combine the $5 CRT with any $/$$ coupons (3/15, 4/20, 5/30 or 10/50). You will need to make sure your total is whatever the amount is for the $/$$ coupon to works + $5 per Optimal product purchased.

I.e: to use with a 4/20 coupon, you'll need to purchase $25 if buying 1 Optimal, $30 if buying 2 Optimal, etc.

Thought if I gave the ECB first, MQ can eat into the taxes? Did something change lately?
Forgot to mention, I did not use any % off coupon. Only 5/30, $5 CRT, $5 Beauty Bucks, $5 ECB + MQs.

some coupons can't be used last, like 992s or ones where the cashier is supposed to enter the amount (even if it auto's)

I did yesterday. Went to negative and the register (I think) wouldn't take any more MQ. Had to run and grabbed couple bottles of Cokes to bring it back to positive subtotal.
The last 2 MQ used were $2 Hallmark from fb and $1 Advil PM from RP. Cashier had to adjust the Advil to $.99 as that was the price of the travel size pack at my CVS.

Did I do something wrong?

Should have used the advil q first. Since it was for $1 but you only had $.99 worth of product, it needed to be adjusted down...which causes it to beep when scanned, and means it will not eat into tax. Always hand over beeping MQ's before going negative...otherwise they won't go through.
