400W is more than enough to run that system. That being said, that 400W PSU is probably not a very good quality unit, but it should still provide enough power. The 7770 has pretty low power draw.

It's still a meh company and should be avoided if possible.

120gb ssd are usually 100- 25 to 35 rebates
2tb hdd usually at least 100 cause its only sata ll
Case is around 70-80 and do not come with a psu. Especially not for 60 if youre talking about azza

total cost would be $750 at most and unlikely cause this is almost full price lol.
or 690-705 on average if you were to buy it at a good price

the latest AMD machine, FX8350, normally consumes 185W (system power), over clock from 4.2G to 4.8G require a total of 294W power, an increase of 110W for 600MHz. if you also overclock the GPU, you will look at another 100W increase. that's 200W just for marginal CPU/GPU system. so your 400W suddenly become 600W.

giving the iBUYpower's selling point (high performance), it is just wrong to put 400W PSU.
