I've never seen two people more excited about having white teeth. ![]() I got in this deal twice last time and for the price, I did like the results. They also sent me a ton of free crap like touch-up pens and some kinda other travel whitening pens. |

Has anyone received their order from this last promo? I received an email on Nov. 16 stating my order had been shipped. I have not received my order. I sent them 4 emails since then with not even 1 reply. I am giving them until Dec. 16th. If I do not hear from them by them, I will call my credit card to dispute the transaction.
I am in NJ, the same as them and there is NO WAY it should take a month for it to get to me. This is not the first time this has happened. Although, this is the first time without any reply what so ever!!! In short, Dr. Nicholas DePinto, this is definately my last order!!! I do not need to keep chasing you for what I paid for. You have my money now...give me my product!!! Bye, bye ![]() ![]()

I'm assuming you're a small shop given your site runs on WordPress (http://dentalogica.com/wp-login.php). You can't go out of your way giving free product out but you SHOULD go out of your way to accept feedback - positive or negative. I hope you find my comments useful. I am actually going to order some of your product now. |

Sent 7 emails to them and still no reply. How unprofessional!!! Called my charge card company tonight to file a dispute. I did like thier product but, will not put out almost $30 for no product received since telling me it was sent on Nov. 16th. Order at your own risk.

FINALLY!!! Never did get my product that was supposidly sent in Nov. But, yesterday, I got my disputed claim credit from my charge card.
Took long enough but am glad I got my money back. Definately order at your own risk from this company. You may or may not get your product. Just trying to save others from the aggivation I had to go through. |
