Just Called Rockauto to have them remove the Discount. Had to pay the discount amount and they will send a new statement showing no doscount.

It sounds like Parago isn't going to let us get away with the 5% off, even if you try to argue that it was discounted due to the catalog/referral.



Going to e-mail RockAuto to remove the discount from my final invoice. Not worth the risk for me.

I was given the same reply from Mimi (Anco rebate chat rep) that the rebate not be honored. Didn't want to take a chance so I had to cancel my order from RockAuto and reorder.

Actually, RockAuto just called me and stated that they have no idea what this is all about, that they have zero reports in the past of customers being DQ'ed in the past due to the 5% off, that this must be a misunderstanding on the agent's part, and that they wanted to reassure me that I would get my check regardless.

I guess we'll see how this all plays out.

The rebate says that the rear blades are AR SERIES only-I could not find these for my vehicles on the Rock Auto website

The name on the redemption certificate must match the name on the receipt and/or service invoice and cannot be combined or used with any other rebate offer, promotion, coupon or discount card.
