Also does anyone know the electricity cost of baking one loaf ?
Very little, depending on the state you are in. Most breadmakers take what, around 2 hours to make a loaf? In my state power is dirt cheap so would cost around a tenth of a cent per loaf (I came up with around 10 loafs for a penny in energy costs) 8.5 cents per loaf. FYI this breadmaker is a 550 watt appliance.
Edit: Bleh. I used Verizon math lmao... each loaf comes out to around 8.5 cents worth of electicity if the loaf takes 2 hours to make. So scale up as needed.

Not sure if that should be the goal of this machine. Instead you get greater quality control and fresher bread. But according to some recipes you can bake a loaf of bread for about fifty cents. Here "quality" bread goes for about $2.00 a loaf. So about 66 loafs of bread (I think) to break even when you account for breadmaker cost and materials cost for baking the bread.
