If you have an OEM keyed copy using a bootloader or actual SLIC 2.1 BIOS then I'm guessing the answer is yes.

Is this Windows 8 Pro? Not sure if there is any other upgrade options that would be offer other than pro.

might want to find someone with spare win 7 keys for the future... i've got like 30+ I'm not allowed to sell online them because i don't have the install discs and OEM hardware to go with them.

Yes u get a key. After downloading it, it gives u the option to burn to dvd or make a usb thumb drive or u can install from desktop later
