How can you be sure which sets of tires are eligible for the rebate?

Got in on the deal @ September with the $100 Discount Tire Direct + $75 Cooper Tire rebate; couple hiccups but all smooth sailing now. I waited until the end of the DTD postmark date but both rebates have been marked valid and should be good to go. Was bummed that the last deal a week + back turned out to be valid for Southern California only.

Hmmm... My wife's MB needs different sizes front/back. Wonder if this would work. They would be purchased in the same transaction, anyway.

Some of these brands have stacking rebates listed on their regular sites but I don't see anything (so far) on the ebay storefront that indicates they would still be valid. Does anyone else find whether they are or not? Or that have done it in the past?
EDIT: I called just to save some time bc I wasn't finding the answer spelled out. So do these get delivered to your house, and then you take them to a Discount Tire place to get installed? Is installation and balancing at Discount Tire included in the pricing?
Edit: I called their 888 number. The tires get delivered to the Paypal address. Then you take them to get an install. Usually around $20/tire at Discount which includes balancing and lifetime rotation/balancing for the life of the tires.
