You should have been able to fill out and submit the rebate online.

Went to Walmart today, I got charged $20 for Tire mount (4@ $5.00) and Valve stem 4@ 3.00.
Total of $32.00 + Tax + Tire hauler fee. Don't know why I did not get charged for lifetime balance $8.00 x4, anyone knows why ?? Thanks!
They probably didnt balance them, check your wheels and make sure there are new weights somewhere on them that will tell you if they balanced them. Maybe you got a freebie.

I'm in the same boat. I'm wondering if we may have to submit by mail.

Has anyone successfully submitted a Goodyear manufacturer rebate online? I purchased a set of the Goodyear SilentArmor's which has an extra $80 manufacturer rebate. What did you use for a store zip code? Or what store?

from my ups label that was slapped on the tires (i found the shipping "packaging" method to be seriously shady, btw...) i used zip code "85043" and there were two results for discounttire. they were both location code "WDAZ01" which matched my invoice, but i chose the one with the 800 phone number as that's what was on the ups label. hope that helps!

i went to costco and was able to get them to mount them and replace the tpms sensors/valve stems for $68.xx total. however, i was told that they would not be able to offer the additional perks like free lifetime balance/rotation, road hazard warranties, etc. sucks.

does anyone know how the warranties/mileage guarantees work for these tires purchased online? can i go into an america's tire location to get warranty stuff dealt with, or do i have to deal with goodyear & discounttiredirect directly in the event of any problems?

Thanks for your post. It certainly helped and I was able to submit my rebate online by referring to the zip code/location code on the UPS label.

I called the 888 number on the rebate form, and they gave me a zip code for Ohio. The sales rep told me that since it was an online purchase, zip code won't matter. But if you feel better putting one down, just call the number. I submitted mine on 10/30, and it's still processing. My DTD rebate has already been approved and is going to ship soon.

I just wanted to add that it is cheaper to go to Firestone than Discount Tire to get the tires installed.

Discount Tire wanted to charge me $101 for 4 tires installed [$19.99 per tire + valve stems + disposal fee + tax].

Firestone only charged me $68 for the same thing.

DTD rebate is a SCAM and rip-off as others. They rejected my in-store given rebate. A$$holes. I had to redo my reabte again after complaining to the store manager. Still waiting for the rebate update. None so far. I will continue to follow with the store manager to get the rebate.Plain waste of time. I already wasted about 1-2 hours following up this one. My LAST ever purchase @Discount Tires/DTD. Enough. I will NEVER EVER shop @DTD even if it's free. Real a$$holes. I never had to strive this hard for any other rebate. Hope and wish they go out of business. Idiots.

dang, that's a lot of hate for not getting a rebate for an in-store purchase that was meant for ebay purchases... lol

if the manager told you the $100 rebate would go through and it didn't, you should hold the manager accountable and not DTD...

my $100 DTD card was mailed, my $80 goodyear rebate is still processing.

So is the story that the rebate can still be done through DTD even though its technically over? I'm going to need new tires soon!
