Just received my order today... in pieces
Wow, really poorly packed for shipment, just a very thin layer of very thin inferior bubble-wrap used to pack loose fragile ceramic mugs (w/o their own box) directly into the shipping box. Fail.

Returns are easy enough though, online or phone. I called and there's no lengthy menus to endure, just 1 touch and I got to speak to a human being..


No replacement inventory so I had to print out a pre-paid return shipping label to send the junk back for a refund..

Man, my tracking number hasn't even been updated yet. Still says that there's no information. What's going on?
